Kore.AI 

I lead solutions business at Kore.ai, market leader in conversational and generative AI solutions market

  • Created a long-term strategy to grow solutions business to be 50% of the overall ARR of the business

  • Launched and Enabled new solutions for Kore.ai 

  • Performs market development, in-depth financial forecasting, and management of multimillion-dollar budgets

  • Build the teams from ground up to 150+ hi-performers

2016-2022

Senior Director Product Management

Zebra Technologies

I lead product management of Software in the Mobile computing business ($2B+) & also a key stakeholder in overall software growth initiatives in the company

  • Created a long-term strategy to grow the software and solutions revenues to $MM+ in five years. In the last three years, software and solutions revenue at Zebra grew 3x 

  • Launched and Enabled new solutions for Zebra such as Mobility DNA and WorkForce Connect, and Savanna platform

  • Performs market development, in-depth financial forecasting, and management of multimillion-dollar budgets

  • Successful in generating software recurring revenue streams of $MM for Zebra and  software attach rate of 50% 

2008-2016

Vice President- Mobility and IoT Solutions

Globecomm Systems Inc

Managed P&L for the Machine-To-Machine, Mobile Virtual Network Operator, and Hosted Wireless groups and orchestrated product management function for this industry-leading satellite communications provider

  • Planned several large-scale IoT/M2M partnership initiatives, including introducing new revenue streams by creating new verticals. Partnered with AT&T and Ericsson to build the world’s largest floating IoT network in the world with 500K+ refrigerated containers on commercial ships

  • Successful in building hosted wireless services for rural wireless carriers across the US, enabling new 4G services and coverage in the rural US.

  • Launched and assembled a team for a startup wireless group. This led to an eventual $MM profitable group.​

2005-2008

UTStarcom Inc

Led sales engineering roles to grow customers across the globe​​

  • Planned and executed customer demos, network proposals, and presales to convert global prospects into customers for this provider of IP-based wireless cellular network solutions

  • Built global customer support center in India starting with 12 team members and supported multiple global tier 1 carriers 

  • Successful in deploying wireless cellular services in cruise line ships along with AT&T

  • Honored for achievements, including an Award for Excellence for winning projects in Australia, India, and the US
